I have a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from Lewis & Clark College. Since graduating I have continued my professional education in project management, strategic change management, executive presence, conflict resolution, and data equity.
I have also engaged executive mentorship and 360 leadership feedback & coaching.
Anything worth doing is worth doing well.
In my 10 years in operations I have worn many hats. I started as a project manager for a sustainable startup driving core operations programs. I enabled the business to scale rapidly with a small distributed team.
For the last five years I have worked in revenue systems operations. Recently, I have driven a complex automation program increasing speed-to-lead for sellers and removing manual steps for various user groups, from sales to marketing to CS. I've also partnered with Microsoft legal & privacy through work in critical systems integrations.
Participating and investing in my community is very important to me. I volunteer weekly delivering food boxes to home-bound clients for the Oregon Food Bank. I love seeing clients over time and connecting folks with resources in our area.
I give back professionally through my role as Finance Leader of GitHub's Marginalized Genders' community of Belonging.
